Shire gelding or mare

Shire gelding or mare - Hello dear ones my name is Ioanna and I am looking for my dream horse as we are emigrating to Greece in 1.5 years I wish to have found my dream horse by then I myself have not ridden for about 10 years but that is not the problem as my aunt has a riding school there in the next village and can train me again! This is because I have become very overweight and have lost over 50 kilos in 3 years and want to lose even more! We are in the process of building our house on a 3000 square meter plot and are also in the process of building a large stable with three boxes and a large paddock! We will take care of the transportation to get the animal safely to its destination, but if anyone knows someone who does this, we are open to opinions! Kind regards
