Gobshite to fall in love with - El Nino is 17 years old, but you wouldn't know it. He is 99 cm tall and lives together with another Shetty gelding. He is generally very friendly with other horses and ponies. He's up for any kind of nonsense, whether it's riding his bike or scooter, jogging, free work, lunging, pole work or free jumping, double lunging, going for walks, but he also enjoys trick and fright training. I am just about to start him up, he knows how to pull the sulky without a person and is happy to do so. There is very little to upset or impress him. I adopted him from bad circumstances and have worked a lot with him. Nevertheless, he still has a few issues. The vet, for example, is not easy. He now copes well with hoof trimming and worming. He is not a children's pony and will not be sold to a children's household!!! A teenager or an adult who enjoys working with a Shetty and has experience would be ideal. At the moment Nino and his Shetty buddy are in a paddock box on shavings as he does not tolerate straw and during the day they spend 4-6 hours in a paddock or out in the field. His basic equipment is included in the price and will be handed over (halter, blanket, rope, sweat rug, fly rug, gaiters, bell boots etc.). He has been regularly vaccinated and wormed.
