Cheeky Mini Shetty mare looking for a job - We are currently looking for new owners for a few ponies. All of them have their minor problems and are NOT suitable for breeding, but of course they also want to be loved. As we want to cut back a bit, these ponies are looking for their humans.
Here I would like to introduce Halma. Halma was born with us and will be 5 this year. She is a brown tiger with only spotted hair so far, but can still change color. When she was registered she was measured at a proud 78cm.
Halma is healthy, but a cheeky little mare who doesn't just want to stand in the pasture. Her quirks: if you leave the paddock with one of her buddies, she goes through the fence and wants to join you, and then has fun bucking and romping up and down. So far she has only escaped in these situations, otherwise she is fence-safe. She thinks halters are semi-okay, walking in a halter is too boring for her. We admit that this is more our fault, as she simply hasn't practiced enough. She lets herself be pulled or dashes ahead, we still have to find a healthy balance.
She is healthy, no deer, no eczema, but last week I noticed for the first time that one of her knees was cracking. As she has not been accepted by us anyway, we are giving her away as a pure lover's pony.
We would like to find her a home with someone who will work her from the ground in order to work her head and build up her muscles.
