Joyero is not at all stubborn and can easily be kept in a mixed stable. He can also be ridden with other horses without any stallion behavior. Nevertheless, we offer to castrate him if you do not want to keep a stallion or are not allowed to keep him in your facility.
This talented youngster comes directly from the La YEDRA stud farm near Seville. He grew up there in the herd on large fields. La Yedra attaches great importance to keeping the young horses in the herd for as long as possible. In extreme heat or bad weather, they are kept in huge group pens. Joyero descends from Grandioso on his father's side, who in turn descends from Triunfador, an exceptional stallion from the renowned stud farm, Escalera.
Joyero is comfortable to sit, has lovely smooth gaits and has been under saddle for around 6 months. He was broken in professionally and on a water snaffle. He yields well and already moves quite well in a stretching position. Joyero has a good walk, a very good trot and a comfortable canter. We definitely see competition potential in this horse and it would be great if he could be further developed.
