8-year-old mare - Idylle stands about 160 cm at the withers. She is a very friendly mare and a real sweetheart to handle. She is well-behaved at the farrier’s and during loading. She is also regularly dewormed and receives dental checkups. She is fit and healthy. There are no medical findings on record.
Idylle is a sensitive horse and is looking for a gentle and calm owner.
Idylle loves to be petted and enjoys a thorough grooming, especially with a curry comb.
She loves nothing more than being out and about. She has a good stride and enjoys moving briskly when allowed to. She’s just as comfortable taking it easy. Idylle never gets out of control and is manageable at all times. Idylle goes out into the countryside without any problems, both alone and in a group, in all three basic gaits.
She currently lives in a herd in an open stable and really appreciates this living arrangement. She loves to move around.
In the arena, she works with enthusiasm and appreciates the variety there. Idylle has a good, solid foundation both under saddle and from the ground.
Whether under a rider or from the ground, Idylle communicates very subtly, and subtle aids and cues are sufficient for working with her. She is very attuned to people and enjoys working.
Once she has come to trust her human, she’ll stick by them through thick and thin and would do anything for them. She really is a wonderful partner.
Her equipment can be purchased separately. She has English-style gear. Saddles, bridles, halters, cooling blankets, etc.—everything a horse needs can also be purchased.
