I offer my Target Dry raincoat.

The coat is in perfect condition. I just feel constricted in it.
The coat is wind resistant and waterproof to 5000mm. It has a 2-way zipper. The hood is removable. There are underarm cap strings available, as well as in the inner part to fix the coat to the legs. The sleeves can be tightened using Velcro.
The rear part of the coat can be extended, which protects the saddle.
Washing the coat is not a problem and does not affect the effect.
