Appaloosa gelding - It was with a heavy heart that we made the sensible decision to give up keeping horses for health reasons.
I am therefore looking for a new home for my purebred 15-year-old Appaloosa gelding Smoky in a species-appropriate environment. I have owned him for 8 years and until two years ago my daughter and I rode him western for leisure. He lives with us in the open stable at the house, currently with a Paint mare, until recently there was also an Isi and a Shetty in the herd. Smoky is very people-oriented and friendly to handle. He is barehoofed, regularly vaccinated, wormed and has an equine passport. He is easy to feed and tolerates hay and haylage 24/7.
Due to the long break, Smoky would of course have to be trained again first, but this should certainly be possible with expertise and patient hands. For this reason, a test ride is not currently possible, However, a western saddle and bridle can also be purchased.
It is possible to get to know the horse at any time. No dealer inquiries!
